August: Lee Ratclifff will give us his recollections of “Life on the Road with Evel Knievel”
October: Gerry Lynn updates “Local Repair Shops, as the wrench turns”
We had a fascinating talk about the hobby of old radios at our March meeting by our members Ken Carr and Kevin O’Rourke. Who knew all the deadly voltages hiding in old radios?

Fri. April 22 Club dust off cruise with Kevin O’Rourke to the Hereshoff Yachting Museum and the America’s Cup Hall of Fame in Bristol, RI. We’re going to meet up for the drive at the Benny’s on Rt 1 in the Dunn’s Corners section of Westerly, RI at 7:30 AM. with a stop at Rt. 138 1/2 hr. later Get an EZpass for the tolls over the Newport Bridge and admission to the museum is $12.
Note: This is a RAIN or SHINE event ! If you do not want to bring your antique car in the rain you are welcome to come in your everyday vehicle.
Thurs. April 28 A club cruise to the Audrain Auto Museum in Newport, RI
The museum is located on the north end of Bellvue Ave. next to the Tennis Hall of Fame. If we’re lucky, we’ll get to see the museum’s restoration warehouse in Middletown, RI as well. We’ll meet at the Dunn’s Corners Benny’s once again at 10:00 AM with a stop at Rt. 138 1/2 hr. later. Bring your EZpasses once again. There’s free parking at the museum and group admission is $8 per person.
