Elections
Elections of club officers for a two year term will take place at our Tues. Nov. 26 club meeting.
Nominees are:
President: Merrill Moone
Vice President: Charlie Nash
Treasurer: Dave Calabrese
Secretary: Ken Carr
Newsletter editor and Sunshine Committee chair person are appointed positions.
Current Cheer Committee chairwoman Barbara Coon will be stepping down. We are looking for a replacement.
The floor will also be open at the November meeting for nomination of any member for any officer position.
Christmas/Holiday Diner party: Once again we’ll be having our holiday party at the Richmond Country Club (72 Sandy Pond Rd. Richmond, RI 02832) where we’ve had a great experience for the past two years. The club will once again be sponsoring the hors d’oeuvres. The entree choices will be turkey or baked scrod. The cost will be $25 per person. The date and time is Saturday December 7 from 2-5 PM. Everyone is encouraged to bring a table decorations.

Dues
The annual AACA national ($40) and Westerly-Pawcatuck regional ($15) 2020 dues are now due Please pay your $15 regional dues to Dave Calabrese by cash or check. You can pay your national AACA dues of $40 separately by mail, phone or on line by check or credit card. Go online to aaca.org for more information.
Meetings
There is no board or regular club meeting in December due to the holidays.
There will be a board meeting on Wed Jan 22nd 2020 but we’ll have a pizza party instead of a regular club meeting in January.
