There will be no regular or executive meetings in December. In January there will be an executive board meeting on 1/20/16 and a social meeting instead of the regular membership meeting. The executive board meeting will be at Dunkin Donuts, Rt. 1, Dunns Corner, Westerly, RI.
The social meeting will be held at Mystic Pizza II on the traffic circle of Rt. 2 in Stonington on the same scheduled night of the regular meeting, Wed. Jan. 27th, 2016.
18 Dec. Fri. Club holiday party starts with appetizers at 6 PM and main course served at 6:30 at the N.
Stonington Congregational Church. The church is in the center of N. Stonington on Main St.
next to the Wheeler Library. The menu includes salad, soup, turkey with trimmings or roast pork
with veggies and potatoes. The club will provide appetizers. Peg Vars will provide dinner
serving ware, personal dinnerware and coffee.
Club members should bring their own favorite beverage and a desert for eight people. The club
will provide serving ware for the side deserts that members bring. Sorry, but no alcohol permitted.
Set up: DeGoursey, Ricker, Pattison.
Clean up: Parker, Brustolon, Carr.
We had to change the date and location of the holiday party because of rule changes at the Senior Center. The Center no longer allows meals to be served to outside groups there. This will be a catered buffet with a choice of entrees. Please bring an appetizer or desert to share. Cost will be $15 per person $30 a couple. Please get your payment (made out to WPRAACA) to Dave Calabreese (40 Border Ave. Wakefield, RI 02879) as soon as possible.

-First please pay your AACA 2016 national dues of $35. Pay online at the AACA site or call 717-534-1910, or fill out and mail a renewal card that’s in the center of the “Antique Automobile” magazine to AACA PO Box 417, Hershey, PA 17033
-Then pay our Westerly Pawcatuck regional AACA dues of $15 for 2016 to treasurer Dave Calabrese at the meetings or by mailing them to him at 40 Border Ave. Wakefield RI 02879 check made out to WPRAACA.
