Pork Sausage Stuffing : Slice and fry the sausage first. Feel free to double the amount of sausage. If I am going to stuff a turkey with this, say for Thanksgiving, I mix all ingredients except the water, sausage, and butter (or margarine) in a bowl. Then I put it in a freezer bag and pop in the 3/4 stick of margarine on the top before closing. The next morning I empty it into a bowl and cut the margarine into slices and mix that in. Then I add the hot water. The last step is to stuff the turkey. I usually make two recipes, the second one going in a Corning dish. I put that in the oven with the turkey for the last hour. ......This stuffing is better than ANYTHING you can buy in a store!
